Electrical Discharge Machining Services

Component Repair Management is a versatile company with 25 years of experience in manufacturing. We are proud to offer advanced processes that include wire electrical discharge machining (EDM). Our 5-axis machinery has CNC control capabilities, and is designed to work with a variety of materials, including titanium, aluminum, and cobalt & nickel super alloys. Our EDM equipment features high precision capabilities, demonstrated by .018" diameter electrodes. This precision capability can accommodate workpieces up to 30" in length and width, 15" in height, 5" thick, to tolerances of ± .002", with surface finishes ranging from 32 to 250 micro-inches. We offer a variety of finishing options, including vibratory deburring, heat treatment, and coatings. At Component Repair Management, we’re serious about quality. Our work is subject to our internally developed SOP 007; these are our own stringent EDM standards. We offer production volumes ranging from 1 to 30 parts and lead times that range from 2 to 4 weeks, working primarily with clients in the aerospace, military, and commercial industries.
