By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any Service made available through CRM, Inc., you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation,
A. drawings, technical data, technical updates.
B. PO, shipping information
C. Adhere to delivery standards listed below
D. Payment Terms: Net 30 days
E. If changes to standard delivery should be required, this requires the pricing to be re-negotiated in order to cover overtime or additional shipping charges that may be incurred, and acknowledgment of new pricing must be received by CRM Inc.
CRM Inc., agrees to provide the following when asked:
A. Qualifications and certification of personnel
B. Quality System records applicable to the order
C. Certifications of CRM Inc. (FAA, EASA, AS9110B)
D. Record retention requirements
E. Access to the CRM Inc. facility to the applicable areas involved in the order
CRM Inc. shall:
F. Notify the customer of non-repairable parts, and return to the customer
G. Notify the customer of process changes
CRM Inc. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
