Surface Blending

At Component Repair Management, we are building on a long tradition of providing high quality, precision manufacturing to clients in the aerospace, military, and commercial industries. We are pleased to offer hand blending services for components in a diverse variety of shapes, sizes, and materials. We have advanced equipment that includes Tungsten carbide burrs, along with aluminum oxide mounted stones and belts. We blend metals such as cobalt and nickel super alloys, along with aluminum and titanium. Our highly trained technicians use blending to help restore part configuration, dimensions, shape, and contours. We work with parts that range in size from 4" to 18" long, 3" to 14" wide, and 2" to 12" high. In addition to blending, we have a wide range of cleaning capabilities, including hydrogen fluoride ion cleaning, grit blasting, hot alkaline cleaning, and others. We offer finishing services like vibratory deburring, heat treatment, and coatings, and our highly efficient employees and machinery allow us to offer fast lead times, typically just 2 to 4 weeks for volumes that range from 1 to 30 parts.
